The
St Cecilia 100 Club is a group of supporters of the St Cecilia Orchestra who pay
an annual membership fee which creates funds to help and support the running costs
of the orchestra. A benefit to the members is a 'lucky
number' draw where cash prizes are awarded each month. For

of Membership - The scheme will be called St Cecilia 100 Club
and will comprise a monthly 'lucky number' draw.

As a registered charity, funds are required to support and assist the running
costs of the Orchestra
- The
scheme will be administered by an appointed sub-committee of the Association comprising
3 people.
- Membership is open to all members of the st
Cecilia Orchestra and also to anyone wishing to support the Orchestra
- There
will be an annual membership of £12 payable before the month following membership
acceptance. Membership runs from October to September each year.

Each member will be allocated a membership number and this will be included in
the draw following membership acceptance, and in each subsequent draw for the
duration of membership.
- Members will be advised one month
before renewal and it is hoped that everyone will continue their membership. The
original membership number will be allocated. If it is changed for any reason
the member will be notified.
- The draw will be held each
month when the sub-committee will ask an independent person to draw out a number.
- Holders
of winning numbers will be notified by post and prizes will be paid by cheque.
- Numbers
will be drawn at random and prizes will be allocated accordi ngto the following
scale:-
Based on 100 members Each month £25
Twice a year £50 At Spring Concert £100 At Autumn
Concert £100 Prize money will increase pro-rata as membership
expands. |
